Kat trained at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance and upon graduating she joined the Jove companyia ITDansa in Barcelona. She has performed works by; Ohad Naharin, Alexander Ekman, Jiri Kylian, Rafael Bonachela, Montse Sanchez and Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui . Kat has worked for TV and film, as part of the Liberty Silk road promotion film alongside cinematographers Alex Hill and Owen Towzer and musician Ben Howard. Kat has performed at festivals across Europe including; Le Chateau de la Bastie-d"urfe, La Nit dels Museus at the Nacional d'art de Catalunya, and the Premi de Dansa at the Mercat de Les Flors Theatre, Barcelona.

Later, Kat joined National Dance Company Wales where she worked with choreographers including Mario Bermudez Gil, Marcos Morau, Caroline Finn and Fernando Melo. During her time with the company she created the piece UN in collaboration with the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama. Kat toured theatres with the company internationally as well as festivals including Tanzmesse in Germany.

Alongside dance, Kat explores other art mediums such as photography, illustration and fashion design. She won the Dazed and Confused magazine photography platform, and has also exhibited her photography at Format19 festival, NDCWales, the Sonder Sphere magazine and Boys by Girls Magazine. Kat has recently worked as a model and dancer for London and Paris fashion week with Burberry and Kenzo, and has been featured in WÜL magazine. She is now a freelance artist based in London working on personal projects for film and performance as a dancer and as a designer as well as working collaboratively on various commissions.
